You should always send and receive email via secured protocols! Most of our servers secured by 256 bit dedicated SSL from Geotrust.
It will take only few minutes of your time to reconfigure mail program (Outlook, The Bat!, Eudora..) Here are settings for SMTP (sendmail) and POP3 (incoming mail server).

Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
Secure to dedicated port (TLS): 465

Incoming mail server (POP3):
Secure to dedicated port (TLS): 995

Username: (please use full email address!)
Password: your password.

"Server_id" is located in your welcome email. You can also find it within WHM link (web hosting manager), for example, where "ms" your server ID. Please contact WestNIC support staff if you need assistance with "server_id" or secure email.
