Online support chat is now in open beta

We're now testing new online chat: http://www.westnic.net/contact/ 
In the future (as soon as we finish testing new platform) it will work from 10 AM to 6 PM EST Monday to Friday.

If you experience any issues during test period (07/07/2016 - 10/01/2016), please let us know via email or support desk.
